Shipping Providers:
All of our products are manufactured and shipped by Printful, Shopify, and/or other third-party venders/distributors/factories/companies. Shipping will be handled by their preferred carriers, including major providers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to most locations worldwide. Please note that some international destinations may have restrictions, and additional charges for customs duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, the tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
